Did not Receive Preorder Bonus Items

Did anyone else not get their items?

When I played at 1am I equipped the items now when i lgged back on they are missing.

I just saw an article to close the game and open it again and they should appear.

There is another thread on here that said go into the Manage DLC menu for the game. Uncheck, then recheck the DLCs. Then boot the game.

Hopefully that helps...

What I did was went into manage DLC section and unclicked the Install to remove the check mark and did it again so there is a check mark. Then checked integrity of the install after that reset steam. When I booted Star Wars Jedi: Survivor again, my pre-order was in the customization tab and even all the achievements I have gotten so far was recognized.

I randomly received all my achievements and bonus rewards last night. I was just playing and the it all started to pop up on my screen. Every achievement from the start of the game that I already went through etc.

Do this on steam or the actual game? Cause I don't see a section on the game for DLC items
