Did you verify files? Also if you don't want to pay 70 dollars I recommend downloading the EA launcher and getting the EA pro pass. I pay 14.99 a month and got access to pre purchase DLCs and when I'm tired of it i cancel my sub and uninstall the game.

It's not impossible, I managed to get a refund 4 hours in on some other game awhile back. It goes case by case and It helps to be polite in my experience if you go past the 2 hour auto-refund mark.

I'm surprised you stuck with this game for that long, I was only able to tolerate half hour before I wanted my money back. Performance is a abysmal even though I well exceed the system req.

yep, I enjoyed the 1st game. I wanted this one to be as enjoyable but realizing I just gave EA $70 for a game that doesn't run well on half the PC's out there and wont start now on my PC after it was running just fine. Ya, refund time. Post all the derogatory comments you want, don't care :)

I played for 4 hours and now when I log into the city on Koboh the game immediately crashes. I doubt deleting my save and starting again will have a different result. So I just don't get to enjoy the game after paying $70? Tough ♥♥♥♥ for me because other people can play fine?

I wanted to enjoy this game, but the crashes prevent me from even playing. Great feature preventing a customer from playing the game they bought!

Yep, I'd suggest making a new post so steam understands there will be complications if they just turn out "sorry, yer over the 2 hours" responses.
