Blurry game/Epic settings partial reason and solve

Hey! I just wanted to make a new thread for this as it was helping quite a few people out in another thread.

I had spent all day yesterday working on different ideas and solutions for graphic's and optimization troubles and came across this issue. I did submit it via our EA Creator network, in hopes that it'll be moved along faster then traditional reports. They do already have a Patch candidate on the Steam DB they're working on from the looks of it as well.

It seems that for some reason, the "Graphics Quality" setting in game is directly controlling your resolution scaling in your INI file. If you put it on Low, then change graphics settings that you like so it goes to Custom, it stays stuck at 50% for your resolution no matter what you change. If you put it to Epic, then change settings around so its Custom, it'll be at 100% resolution scaling.

You can verify your's and the issue via: AppData\Local\SwGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
[ScalabilityGroups]
sg.ResolutionQuality=50.000000 (This is if you set it to Low first, Medium is like 71, Epic was 100% resolution)

There's no setting in the INI for AMD Fidelity either, and I have suspicions that there's something weird with that as well honestly. Hope it helps you at least somewhat till they fix the optimization problems.
