How to lower resolution

Hi everyone! I'm trying to play but the game crashes repetitively at the loading screen :( I can't seem to lower the resolution so I can play the game, any idea on how to fix this problem? All my other games run just fine on my PC. Thank you so much! Can't wait to play.

What res is it launching in?

Try the '-safe' in Launch Options for the game, may work.

The -safe launch option will cause the game to launch with minimal video settings, in windowed mode and with a 640 x 480 resolution.
- Open Steam
- Go to the "Library"
- Right-click the game which needs to be reconfigured
- Select "Properties..." from the menu
- Go to the section "Launch Options"
- Remove any launch options currently shown in the input box
- Type -safe in the box.

Hey I'm playing on a 4k tv and whenever I change the resolution to anything below 4k, the aspect ratio won't fit. Every other game can stretch the asepect ratio to fit on any resolution, any game except for this one apparently... Anyone know a fix, considering I managed to get it to work in 1440p temporarily accidentally yesterday so I know there's a work around somehow ..

Using NVIDIA card?
If so you can try opening the NVIDIA Control Panel and going to "Adjust Desktop Size and Postion"
Under 'Scaling' you can try change it to "Full-Screen"

Thank you guys! I managed getting past the loading screen updating my AMD card drivers. Game only operates in low res tho and the fps is not good :( Hope the patches to come will fix this.
