wont fully install? help?

i pre ordered the game ( i know mistake number 1) then i pre loaded the game ( mistake number 2) and its saying now that i haven't installed it all? but its not downloading the rest of the gb needed, even though i already pre loaded it yesterday (i have enough storage in my disk) , iam so very confused??? i uninstalled it but when i went to install it again it said its already had 120 gb installed but wont carry on downloading the rest ?? its completely stuck?? its anyone else having this issue? h e l p ???

guys it's extracting the acf files, it shouldn't be take long as your pre-loading time, same happened and it did extracted in an hour with 5mb p/s (its pre-loaded in 3 and a half hour if i remember right) its a normal thing to occur if you are pre-loading the game, and if you guys still think theres a real problenm except extracting after pre-load u guys might want to exit steam, cut the jedi survivor files in steamapps>common and copy it somewhere else and also delete the jedi survivor acf files, and then log into steam, download some 5/6 mb's for re-downloading the jedi survivor file and the acf files and then exit, relog, should be finished, maybe..
