Lost pre-order bonus

After I started game for second time, I lost my pre-order cosmetic. (Hermit skin)
Anybody got same problem?

It's so unbelievable.
Not only poor performance but lost my cosmetic too.

I never had mine to begin with, even have the pre order key installed too. Waiting for EA support to get back to me currently.

It happened to me, go to pants before jacket and select the hermit then go back to jacket. Seemed to work for me.

Yeah that doesn't work since there isn't anything for hermit in pants section

Found a solution - turn off ur vpn for some reason that may work. It did for me
