ONLY WINDOWED FULLSCREEN AVAILABLE NEED FIX (FIXED)
I went to the visual settings and the only option I have is Windowed Fullscreen. Anyone know how to fix this?

I guess it just wasn't working right but now it is.

what are you looking for? thats the main setting with dx12 games these days

Yep DX12 got rid of FSE since it was useless. Borderless uses flip model so there is zero reason to have exclusive fullscreen.

Option is now there for windowed full screen or full screen, but nothing changes, edges still clipped so you cannot see the number of skill points
