Nothing you can really do here.
There's nothing you can do. It's just the way software engineers programmed this game for PC port. They still can't figure out a way to mitigate shader compilation since most PC players are using wide variety of different configurations including CPU, GPU, RAM, graphics driver, Windows Operating System, etc.

You can use this mod, that deactivates the shaders pre-compilation : https://www.nexusmods.com/starwarsjedisurvivor/mods/63?tab=description

It is advised you re-enable shaders compilation every time you update your drivers or the game (if it is patched, for example). But for everyday use, once the shaders are compiled the first time, you can disable the behavior of recompiling them at every launch with the mod.

How about having to readjust settings on every launch is it still there?! Had me refunded after a few hours so annoying.

And this shader comp thing is surreal! Unless you udpate drivers there's no need to do that everytime, games years older don't even do that how can they f this up in 2023?!
