It is advised you re-enable shaders compilation every time you update your drivers or the game (if it is patched, for example). But for everyday use, once the shaders are compiled the first time, you can disable the behavior of recompiling them at every launch with the mod.
And this shader comp thing is surreal! Unless you udpate drivers there's no need to do that everytime, games years older don't even do that how can they f this up in 2023?!
