Last bounty puck missing (FIXED)

Hey everyone.
I completed the game but I'm stuck at 99% in progress due to a missing bounty puck. I've completey all bounties, even last one with Caij. Completed Holotable as well.
Any ideas on what could be wrong or where could I find the missing puck??

EDIT: Had to revisit every location where each bounty was. The puck ended up being on the floor on one of those locations. Hope it helps!
