rescue zee mission softlock (Lucrehulk elevator) *solved*

i was on the rescue zee mission, got up the very large elevator at the center of the area (after the cutscene where they mention they are going to reprogram zee).

at that point, i went down the elevator to get the health increase power up. tried to go back up the elevator, opened the menu, and ended up clipping through the elevator somehow, died while the elevator was going back up.

so now the elevator is at the top of the level position and i can't get back to it. because of where i am in the story, no fast travel is allowed.

I think i am softlocked, as there does not appear to be any way to call the elevator back down and i see no way to get back to the story mission now. WOW.

if anyone else figures out how to get past this softlock, please comment. otherwise, i guess i am done with the game for now. :(

ahhh nevermind, i was too impatient. be patient, get out of the game to title, get back in. the elevator will reload going up. go to the button door and wait (for a while). eventually the elevator gets to the top and you can call it back down.

it feels like a long time that you have to wait, but you will get the call elevator button eventually.
