Sadly that is intended, you might be able to reset rumors with the debug menu, not 100% sure on that one.
Only cosmetics such as clothes/armor and lightsaber crystals should carry over. Making everything carry over instead made the mode way too easy, even in GM dificulty.
Instead i started a normal new playthrough, you get the extra lightsaber colors and the 3 new perks but skils and stances are reseted and so are the rumors and codex entries.
Bode will have conflicting dialog because of this, acknowledging her absence first and, later, acknowledging Cal's current dealings with her (that aren't happening because she's long been gone).
