1. Code execution being blocked or failing without low-level function from DX12 that lacks a guard (must wait until H2 builds of Windows) from any of these issues:
A. PC does not have permissions set properly, so the game cannot access a resource
B. A thread improperly accessed a resource
C. An operation not being completed because a resource was not found
2. Hardware interrupt (draw call or accelerated operation) was interrupted, so the system told the window terminate rendering
Either way, it's unlikely the devs have the expertise to fix it. Some of it has to do with the user's individual configuration, but others will have to do with how their system handles threading. Windows 11 "H" build will have refinements in how threading works and DX12 functions will be looked at.
Don't quote me on it providing any fix, because the issue can result from many places even something as dumb as UAC on Windows 11.
- open _installer folder
- run cleanup and touchup
nothing will appear to happen but its done.
No more crashes after that.
and hosnestly , RTX on this game breaks completely perf , I prefer to play without RTX and have decent fps.
