Weapon material colors

Are there really no black this time? i pretty much have gotten everything in the game, but there no actually black other then a mod but its not a great black. Also no matte black is so sad for me. Fallen order had both metallic black and matte black. :C

The only black I found was Imperial Black which does the job for me.

There are multiple blacks: Imperial Black, Inquisitorial Black, Plastoid Blacks. Are you sure you've gotten everything in the game?

There's also a setting of how polished most (not all) of the materials appear. Be aware that your graphics settings affect the polished effect setting. You can make it look matte-ish or shinier, but certain graphics settings make it all shiny. Also, some materials don't have a polished adjustment.

It might be worthy to consider that I changed the configuration to what was the default at the end of Fallen Order (even though it's only half of the default at the start of Survivor and you acquire the other half later). So, these customization options matter far less to me. I'm just pointing out some of the options.

I need to read that tie-in novel to see if there was a reason for making both parts the same in Survivor. If there is something there to validate it, I'll be keeping the original default going forward.

yes i have all unlockables btw those are grey. they literal say it. except plastoid. could you guys take a picture of your light saber with those colors then. maybe im having a graphic glitch that making the colors dull and weak.

Nvm I check google images their all but a shade of grey none are a real black like in fallen order. I’d show a picture of my lightsaber with a modded black color that I add but idk how to post a picture on steam.

well damn if the imperial one is a grey i cant tell because it looks like black to me.

I have a setting on my display called "Game" that makes everything brighter even with the game's own brightness calibration screen. It all looks grey in that mode. (Too high of a gamma with that monitor setting.) I never use the Game setting on the monitor (because it doesn't offer any response boost—It's just a high-gamma setting for some reason).
