Accessibility and slow mode

I know this probably get buried fast, but was wondering if any one been able get slow mode to work in the accessibility section on the PC? i have it toggled and set to 90 percent in combat but see no difference in speed and my understanding was to help in the jumping puzzles as well.. Im not looking to add cheats to the game, Just hoping they fix it as advertised

Slow mode outside of combat must be toggled on and off through controls. You need to map a "shortcut" in the Accessibility menus.

90% doesn't seem to be much different to me when I tried it, but my experiences differ from people who can make good use of slomo.
