im pretty sure ive killed them all but half of them are missing in the menu so i cant complete the Bounty Hunter Side Mission...

so i need to wait for a patch or what should i do?

My guess, you killed all the bounty hunters currently available.
Progress the main story some more and eventually more bounty hunter missions will unlock.

i have the Game at 100% only the Bounty Hunters left

Have you gone back to the cantina and talked to Caij?
You might have to talk to her till she won't say anything, exit the cantina, go back into the cantina, and repeat.

Her conversation progression is what triggers the later bounties (once you reach certain story points)

I've gone through and done all the bounties and killed all the hunters but I'm still short just 1 puck

jeah cant speak to her anymore nothing unlocks in the Bounty Tree and on the Locations where they should be they arent think i need to go to new game plus or something like that ^^

You can try the debug menu if you want. I used it to fix mine. It was to fix bounty 15 and 16 not unlocking on ng+. You'll need some trial and error to see which are the correct flags you need to change but should be the same section as where I edited. You can check my previous post for the steps if you want to do this.

There are two pucks that don't come from the original list of bounty hunters. There's a puck from the video game mini game in the cantina (requires recruiting two people to unlock). There's another bounty hunter that doesn't show on the list until triggered by Caij and defeated.
