Update download is unstable, and after multiple restart finely complete download yet the downloaded content not updating. The game is 100 above GB, does it need to be reinstalled everytime when there's an update?

The patch download is small. Steam makes a backup of the entire game before it patches. Goes faster if you have the game on an SSD with sufficient free space and low processor overhead.

i wish you could disablke the backup, i have to deinstall the game just to get the new update because my hdd/ssd is too small

You say that yet I have it on a ssd and it still wants to take a few hrs to update. I just give up and do it overnight

No other game dose this. Updates should take a few mins to finish, not hrs-all day. The devs have screwed some code up tjat makes the updates do some werid stuff to tje whole game.

im no dev so I donno how it works but if 99% of games don't do it then the 1% that do have really screwed somthing up
