Can GTX 1060 play it or ?

can my friend play this game with his GTX 1060 or most he updrage to 2060?

The minimum system requirements right now say 1070 and 8GB VRAM and 1060 doesn't qualify.
Still, it might be able to run it at low resolutions, minimal graphic settings.
Need to wait for the game to be out and tested, though.

No he isn't, how would he. But it might run 1080p low settings if there is FSR. Otherwise you will probably have to compromise hard. But no one is stopping you from buying it and simply trying it, if it doesn't work just refund.

Fallen Order is/was streamable with M+K and bought on steam/EA. Pitty it was not streamable directly via EA abonnement and M+K using GeforceNow. Let's see how about Star Wars Survivor.
