Locking to 30fps?
Did anyone try that?
I can get 60+ most of the time on epic settings, even with RT with my RTX 3060Ti. But Koboh is too unstable, even turning off ray tracing doesn't help much, the game is cpu bound there with a Ryzen 5 3600. Thinking of locking the game to 30fps to stop those distracting huge fram drops, that's how consoles run the game more stable anyway.

just try it. i had a mediocre experience with 30 fps on my 60 Hz display mode. if you got a 144 Hz display, i'd advice to cap it in the driver. the 3060 ti should deliver a nice amount of frames above 30 fps on koboh. on 144 Hz you should aim for 36 or 48 fps. that's my take.

My old monitor doesn't have variable refresh rate (freesync or gsync). I need to play either at either 60 or 30fps. Wish I could lock it to 45 without getting uneven frames.
Just locked to 30 in Nvidia control panel with Vsync on (not from the game, from nvidia control panel). Game is maxed at 1080p with stable frametime of 33ms. I'm currently playing on Jedi masters and parries are still easy enough.
Once the game is optimzed (specialy cpu wise), I will go back to 60fps.
