Can't fast travel?

I'm stuck in Open the forest gate first mission on Koboh.. I cannot fast travel out and I cant get back out manually.. I'm stuck in the large area with the big bird and the koboh purple powder.. What's the point of the game to make it so someone cant fast travel or move out of an area back to the settlement? Theres a stim I want to get before completing this mission

yep and im also stuck in the lucrehulk, the backtracking is broken sadly in some levels... so im waiting for a fix
