Anyone beat the Force Tear with the 2 giant frogs?

Im finding it exceedingly difficult.. At some points in the fight, the frogs will shoot out their tongue causing insta-death.. The tongue shoot has perfect tracking and it will get you 100% of the time if you're on the ground...Even in the air, you have to land and it will get you when you do.. How do you avoid it? It happens so fast

When I played this portion, I was fairly high level. I had pretty much unlocked all force and health options. It wasn't easy, but also didn't feel impossible.

for the tongue just keep your distance if they using it run way from there
be patience dont be greedy kill one at a time as they will get aggressive as lower hp they are

recommend using blaster and have air dash

Im very high level.. All force, concentration, health, confusion, 2 stances and 1 stance 1/2 done... I'll try the blaster stance...but that tongue grab is deadly AF
