DLSS 4 will probably improve on performance for DLSS

I would think this only works when there is close collaboration with NVIDIA.

There's not even basic DLSS in this game. Thanks AMD..... The Ray Reconstruction needs some actual work on the game from developers in ordere to implement it from my understanding, so it's a lost cause i believe. The best you can get is exchange FSR to DLSS2 via mod and if you're willing you can pay 5$ for DLSS3 support from modder( which i personally would not do i could maybe pay 1$ but not more)

Did you read the topic? It's not about DLSS 3. It's about DLSS 3.5 and namely the new AI-powered raytracing that DLSS 3.5 introduces.
