Every time I browse lobbies there aren't any. I start one and maybe 1 or 2 people join.

I an American and I'm currently trying to play with my friend from Europe. However, we cant directly join each others lobbies and when we look at the public games two entirely different lists are shown. Can we not join other players from different regions?...
