That would take time and cost money, when it's much better for all the [businesses] involved if we buy more expensive hardware to be able to play.

What are low settings in this context? Are we talking pop-in and no textures? Missing NPCs? I ask because I can only run this at low settings on my laptop.

1080p at 30 fps? why even bother listing that? literally everyone knows 30fps is not playable.
30 fps on a 4080 is insane btw.

Thats at 4k native though. You would obviously use DLSS to bump frame rate. How many new games run 4k60 native?
