Mark of the Brotherhood quest bug

So, I am supposed to dig 3 spots in trash heap, but there is nothing to interact there with. Anyone else having this bug?

If you have a shovel in your inventory, you will be able to dig.
Digspots are near bushes.

Couldn't interact with them. What I did was to go back to first map and then come back to Kuttenberg map. Seems like I had some weird bug.

For anyone else struggling, killing all the stray dogs fixed it for me

Just a heads up, you can tell the butcher you don't believe him - twice - and you won't have to do the digging part at all.
