EDIT If Henri s story actions were a resume, I wouldn't hire him either. You had one job. Sure, the reasons for that are many and varied and make decent excuses. And we all know how tolerant the nobility of the era were of excuses.
(and yea I realize this was done to make a more interesting story, but it makes the wrap up some what convoluted squaring that circle. It likely would have been better not to write him into a bg role if your not going to use him in that role through pretty much the entire narrative)) It's like writing about a race car driver that never actually drives anything. I would bet $ most of the player base forgot or never even realized henri actually had a specific job
