where do i get food

Well you need better bow/crossbow and better arrows/bolts ... ofc higher strength + marksmanship gives more damage to them

collect honey from beehives, food for days
kill cows outside village, carry meat to drying rack, dry meat, food for more days

Look for wooden beehives near towns. You can loot them for honey usually 6-10 per hive. It's not stealing and they never spoil and give +31 nutrition. There are a few near the SW side of the butcher's property in Troskiwitz

i do that to buy alcohol so i cant save the game most of my time is picking herbs and getting enough money so i can buy alcohol. if im not picking herbs im getting robbed or attacked.

if you agree to work with one of the 2 characters who offer it to you (I try to make as few spoilers as possible) you have to eat for free every day. among other things they also offer you a bed that you can use to save.

Throw rocks at nests to knock them down for eggs, pick herbs to sell, and if you pick a patron (miller or smith) for the main quest, you get to sleep at their house and may also take food from their pot any time.

if you rent a room you can eat for free from the communal pot
saviour snapps is really easy to make
you can also kill cows and sheep just dont get caught
forget boars until your stronger - deer in the head usually takes them down - use the crossbow if you have one
honey is all you really need though - super food

my reputation is bad with the town because of this and everytime they suspect me of stuff. im not doing good guys.

My best food is Honey. It's free, you can get a ton and it never spoil. Also, it will fed you a lot.
