Can we see the shenanigans that ensue at the bathhouse with the council member?

I spent a fair amount of time waiting around at Adam's bath house waiting to see that councilman drink wine he is allergic to, get infested fleas, and chew out Adam for not having his favorite bath oil. It would have been a funny touch.

However, I never saw anything happen. Though I didn't hang out there for long periods of time. Just a little in the evenings while waiting for the council vote. Did any one catch something happening?
