Anyone else thinks the DLCs and roadmap feels underwhelming?
I really, really love this game. But the roadmap with all the DLC does feel a bit cheap.

A barber feature? Why when you are running around with a helmet most of the time. You never see Henry's hair.

Horse racing also seems boring.

And the DLC, one seems focused on some artiste, which may not involve much honest fighting, which isn't fun for me personally.

The other DLC seems to be focused on crafting and building a smithy, which also isn't something I personally have engaged a lot with.

I hope they continue with a second year of DLCs which will be more interesting.

Either way, I love the game.

I like the fighting as well. With KCD 1 the DLCs were a mixed bag, with a couple adding meaningful combat, but I felt like on that map you could always find a good fight... just hit respawning cuman camps or go to Skaliz, in KCD 2 the first map wasn't so bad, but the second so far seems kind of boring, so a good DLC that adds hordes of respawning bandits or maybe a mission to sack fortified outposts or something would be fun.
I was hoping for more aswell espeically with cannons, town/gang building basically impovement apon the first one but it does feel abit lackluster

Well you said it yourself, it's not for you personally.
I'm looking forward for the artist and the monastery DLCs. Because things I like the most about the game are deep RPG mechanics and historical context (medieval culture)

Yeah you are right, they aren't for me personally. I really love fights in this game and wish for more content that will expand them.
i am quite excited about the dlc roadmap personally, the artiste hopefully will bring some exciting quests,
i quite enjoyed rebuilding pribyslawitz in KCD1 and i hope that building the smithy will be enjoyable too (and i hope that that dlc will also add lots of new weapons and i would love it if it would allow us to build our own armor too but we will see) but even without new weapons and armor the dlc sounds good to me

also if the barber is like it was in KCD1 its not only the hair style but you can choose between a few beards as well and beards are visible in dialogues.

not much fighting ? bro its a heavy rpg not TEKKEN, who care about fighting
I just want more sieges, both as defender as attacker. Those were some of the most memorable moments for me. Just finished the game last night, so amazing.

I totally agree with horse racing. In every game i hate those kind of missions they just feel totally nonsense fillers without any ingenuity
The barber feature is a free QoL thing for everyone, not really a DLC.

As for the rest, the criticisms are valid for many. I think I would still enjoy them, but from the promos we have so far, they do feel a little more like filler than story-focused/combat-focused content.

We'll see what we'll see when we finally see it.
DLC does seem a bit lame

At least in the first game we got a DLC where we could have our own village. That was cool
The equivalent here seems to be that you will own your own smithy

A bit underwhelming

I would rather have my own smithy in my own village with my own house next to it
