Met the "conspirators" bandits at night in Apollonia.
While searching for the Hermit at night in Apollonia, I came across two bandits who mistakenly took me for one of their own. From the dialogue, it was clear that they were apparently planning an attack on some settlement or camp (they asked how many people "Riddle" - or "Reddle"? - i don't know exactly how to spell his name in english) would send and where the meeting point was. If you answered correctly, he says that "the event will take place tomorrow evening" and you disperse. Did anyone have this meeting, and is anything really happening? I ran to the bailiff Thrush and pan Semine, thinking that I could warn them, but no dialogue on this topic appeared with them.

If all is good, bandits will give you a POI location with a chest, which has money for hiring 10 people.

This is just one of the random encounters.
I had the same scenario, but along the road in the northwest. There is no actual follow up quest as far as I know, but you can find the chest as mentioned above if you correctly answered "10 men" to the bandit.

Yes, that's what I answered). I thought there would be some interesting event (raid or battle).
