Under Vitality, or Main Level, as far as i remember.

Under Survival skill.

Yeah, Survival. It adds 2 Points to Vitality and IT was under Main Level in the Prior Game. My Bad.

also you need to pick them bare handed, no gloves. cause you need to get stung when picking them, to build resistance. like my grandma had.

There are a few more hidden perks in this game, but they're not hard to find, good luck finding them.
