Spoilers: Why does it say I have no shnapps?

I am talking to the shepherd Stanislav.
Option 1 is offer some shnapps..
It then says oh sorry I don't have any.. I have 2 in my inventory!
Bugged?

Not for me its for a NCP as per the description of the problem. but I have both just in case,

I have tried (cheats of course) with every type of saviour shnapps. Nope.
Still claims I don't have any :/
Also not clear from the dialogue option what type of shnapps its referring to.
As this is a normie shepherd I would assume its talking about the normal food item "shnapps" and not some magical "meta" save game potion !!

No freshly bought from the store.. no red hand icon..

Also just dropped the 2 shapps (normal food item) and added 4 more via console just as a test. Still claims nope I dont have any.

Saviours Schnapps =/= Schnapps

Save potion is yellow with a floppy disk on it
Regular schnapps is just booze without save featuer

As last resort u can save + quit the game

Otherwise just get some herbs from apothecary/gardens and make like 20 pots

Yes i am aware of this.
I have now tried ALL forms of schnapps save and or normal.. none seem to work for this NPC.

Reading various walk-troughs for this quest 2 have said shnapps (normal food item) 1 has said saviour shnapps :D

Just steal a journal from the hermit. It'll give you clues as to where to find the sword.

Same problem, no mods at all, have every type of schnapps in inventory (every quality of savior and regular alcoholic schnapps, none stolen and all obtained without console)

dialogue proceeds as if I have none
