Archery contest bugged

On masters lvl in sigismund camp they will fire their first shot b4 you have even drawed ur weapon they will fire faster or as fast as you can draw ur arrows even if you have eagle eye and they will hit every shot in the middle, is this a bug or just a programmer being an ahole?

Sometimes, in the same camp, there will masters mix under the beginners.
I tried with crossbow at beginner difficulty and the opponents always hit the middle of the target.
At the end I had 23, while the others had 25 and 28 (with 5 bolts).

I don't know if different types of bows have a longer drawback time, but it's better to use the quickest one, because they will shoot far too fast adn even with maxed out skill, you will have a hard time beating them.

So archery contest in Sigismund's Camp is totally unbalanced or maybe even bugged.
