bug report! the miller Kreyzl have disappeared!

pls help me i'm stuck at mission Opus Magnum where i need to return the book to Krezyl and he is nowhere to be found. On the map he is marking out near his house but actually the marked place is just empty. He also didn't appear at the wedding( by the way I went with the blacksmith). please can someone help me out here?

I am having this same issue. His marker shows him as being up in the attic of his house on top of Henry's chest or in the chimney. No amount of passing time or fast traveling has made him appear. I did report him to the Bailiff Thrush but he was never hung. I got the quest lines for the blacksmith and miller both up to the wedding but chose to go with the blacksmith instead. I don't recall seeing the miller at the wedding either but I am not sure. Hope someone has a solution for this bug.
