Into the underworld quest

So after frustrating quest named for whom bells toll there is another bullsht quest in the title. With the youtube help im almost done with it however after the jewish ambush they took my sword and after couple cutscenes and drinking in the basement they let me go however i am missing my sword. Where the fck is my sword?!

The same happened to me. I'm not sure if this is a bug or part of the quest. I checked all of the chests and the entire tavern, no sword.

if you lose the fight in the courtyard Samuel picks up the sword - check with him - i lost the fight and tried out that scene then reloaded cause i like the scene better when you beat up the two guys
