Rendering issues after update

So my KDC2 updated today, and after that eyes of NPS's are unrendered (Grey patches), and some NPS's doesn't render at all above the legs. So they're practicaly just grey balls walking around. Anyone who has encountered a similar issue and a fix for it?

No, I only have the game on Epic and it now seems to be re-downloading the entire game automatically. Hopefully the problem will be solved after that

It seems to be fixed after the second update. But since the files I played in the first update are not accessible, I will play the 1 hour game again.

Does anyone have an issue with the mission that the men don't want to talk to you after asking you to find a horse? I can't advance the game anymore. Does anyone know if there is gonna be an update?
