Canker
WTF? I killed Canker and his men, then while looking for his camp he and his men reappear on the road again.

I killed the "beggar monk" and 3 men who ambushed me. Nothing particular on them, the monk didnt have keys or anything. I found a camp in the SE of the search area with 1 guy in it. Fought and made him give me everything he had, nothing great. Still no key to unlock the chest with the mace. Can anyone help with this?

Update: Canker and 3 bandits are on the north side of the search area. Follow stream from the north.

The monk? I had this bug, yes, if you kill canker first and then his men, he seems to reappear at some other part of the road.

Ignore the monk on the road and head straight to the camp and kill them.

Reload and try stealth approach. Find their camp, wait till nightfall, stealth-kill them all. Works beautiful, no bugs.

I killed Canker and his band 3 times and then got arrested by the Troskowitz town guard for killing them. There was also 2 members of the bandits that just followed me around without attacking.
I think the Canker quests needs some bug fixing.

I reloaded and did the stealth option. It worked.

the only real Canker is in the camp

I walked in on them wearing full Brunswick armor and Mutt at level 20+. They didn't even stand a chance. Master Strike is OP

The quest is a little confusing because the quest giver talks about how Canker likes pretending to be a monk, so when you run into the Beggar Monk on the road you think its him. I never ran into anyone to interrogate, everyone just attacked.

I tried to reload an earlier save and try the stealth approach but I still had the jail icon from the start and also after stealth killing Canker and his band...:/
