Practice fights are bugged

it's happened a whole bunch of times now.

i do the practice fight and eventually the npc says he is tired and going to rest now.

then the screen fades to black and suddenly he has his real sword out and is attacking you with it, and he will kill you if you don't immediately surrender to him, (fighting him just causes all of the npcs around you to attack you too)

sometimes they don't accept the surrender and you need to rush to pull out your weapon to block attacks while you try to surrender again

As long as the engaged bunny appears then it's still hot and you're in combat, best bet is to quickly pull end fight chat or run and escape the arena to neutralize the engagement

another bug, the bandits at the campsite where you are ambushed at the start attack you if you get close, but in the statistics they are counted as "civilians killed" in the crime statistics

That practice bug was annoying the crap out of me. I now make a save before every "practice" fight.
So when it happens I can vent my frustration out on the NPC's and re-load last save.
Another great bug, is getting chased out of public areas, like the front of a tavern
