Little hint: Do not strike the dog. Wait until it attacks you, repel the attack and THEN strike.
Do this twice and the dog or wolf is down.
But they really ought to fix the bug instead of trying to train people to avoid the bug.
My arm length plus my sword length magically gets made very short when i attack them. Love the game but stuff like this feels kinda bad.
I have answered your thread, why are you still discussing ?
Because this is not a bug. You are not supposed to fight dogs and wolves like this lol
But why? You have a sword, which should reasonably be able to reach the target. Why should dogs be given a magical range modifier that breaks immersion?
Because dogs and wolves are much faster than humans and will always evade your sword if you try to close in and hit it.
It would be way too easy if you can just run up to them and slaughter them, lol.
You are supposed to repel them and then slash.
But whatever dude.
Yet they are faster...and outnumber you. Suck it up.
