Unsure about Kathy, I'm still trying, but Bozhena, no, sorry. Not possible. At least not before some patch.

i ended up killing her and pavlena and i stripped her corpse it turns out she has the same player model body as katherine or any other attractive woman in the game and i want it

Not bozhena, you get to sleep with katherine a couple of missions before the end of the story, just make sure you're on good terms with her throughout the game.
