Master strikes
Anyone knows if its possible to do with anything else but a sword? all i could find online is sword only but i had NPC's master strike me with long weapons and axes so i wonder if its possible?

The people who can teach it to you *tell you* it's a sword-only technique.

Non-swords are not fast enough to pull that kind of manouver.

It's possible they might bring back unarmed master strikes, from what I heard they were cut before release.

Npc get unarmed master strike. Must be fixed or removed from npc kit. Imagine not getting sword ms but npc retains ability. People would riot.

I know that already but i have been getting master striked by NPC's with pretty much every weapon so thought we could as well.

thats why i asked because ive had NPC's do it to me and first game had it so i thoguht it might be some locked mechanic that you have to learn from someone

They're just getting ripostes on you, only masterstrike NPCs can do that you can't are "unarmed"
