Sent Mutt home to Devil's Den but now i can't interact with it anymore

Whistling only calls the horse and can't interact with the dog at all, i've done a bunch of missions but didn't fix it

I don't know what Devil's Den is. I've probably not progressed that far. Is there an Innkeeper there? The one time I sent Mutt home, he went to Zhelejov Wagoner's Inn and to get him back I had to talk to the Innkeeper.

The Innkeeper for my Devils Den doesn´t spwan for me anymore but mutt is sitting in front of the Inn, I think i f´d up
