Missing grandma and her daughter

Every time when I pass by the grandma's hut(which saved Henry and Hans at beginning),I want to pay a visit but seems like she and her daughter disappeared after the prologue.
I even sit on grandma's bed for 24 hours but they're still missing.
Is that normal?like they got kidnapped and need to be saved by Henry or something.
Or maybe it's just a bug?

Hmm that's weird. Some of the quests after the prologue are also tied to them, so they shouldn't just disappear. There is even an achievement for paying back the money she lent you

Did they go back to the city? Maybe into Roman's house? I have not checked.

There are several quests with grandma and Pavlena after the prologue so it is mighty weird you dont have them there. Or rather the old woman should be there.

Did you check upstairs in their home?

Yes I checked upstairs,you mean where grandma's bed at right?
I also think it's very weird and maybe a bug.I searched up and someone is having same issue too

I don't remember its name right now, but it's the starting village. If you still have quests with them it's unlikely that they would have gone there.

Other reasons that are not bugs might be that you need to do something that seems irrelevant for them to reappear, or that they are somewhere outside the cottage, maybe in the fields south or up the hill behind the house. Sounds like a bug though.

Yeah I already search up around their hut include the hills around but found noboby.
I guess I'll just keep playing and hope someday they'll come home.

Nah I did't even got that quest, in my case they just disappeared after first leaving.

I think they probably reported you. Once you’ve paid them back leave them alone and move on with your life, it’s getting awkward 😬
