Anyone know how many you have to pick to get the hidden perk? I have 241 so far.

I would think you already have the perk... I managed to find this link for the hidden perks..

Will have to check my perk list now since i have picked well over 200 Nettles along with a good amount of Belladonna and Herb Paris

How to Unlock: Collect 200 poisonous herbs (Herb Paris, Weeds, Nettle, Belladonna, and Henbane)

Perk Effects: Gives a permanent +2 Vitality buff

EDIT, I do have the Resistance perk, it is under the survival perk tree, it was the first one on the list
