Do you think Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 could win the Game of the Year award?

In my opinion, this game deserves the award. If the other contenders don't come in strong, we could declare it Game of the Year this year ?

I hope so, simply to wind up all the fragile babies that say "I wont buy it because i saw a brown person". I BET they buy it anyway on sale and there will be another massive spike when it's 19,.99

No. Not if GOTY is honest game is at most 6.5 7/10. Plus way too soon. Too many bugs and too many plot holes. Huge world that is basically empty. Rather bored with it myself.

"In Kingdom Come Deliverance 2, a player dropped items worth 300k gold and recorded what the NPCs would do. At the end of the video, it’s shown that the NPCs picked up everything and nothing was left on the ground. It was really interesting to see what would happen after dropping such valuable items. For even this, it deserves an award haha, respect earned!"

Strong contenders will come out, but even if it doesn't win Game of the Year, I think it definitely

I snuck into a room I'm not allowed in to steal keys and while I was picking a chest under the stairs after taking the keys on the table, I heard a guard say something like "why is the door open, what? It's gone!" and he came into the room, looked around a bit but didn't see me and left. If I just closed the door the guard wouldn't have done that.

It could but there's a lot of big games coming out this year such as GTA 6, which lets be honest, unless GTA 6 flops it's going to win game of the year.
I do think it has a strong chance of winning RPG of the year however, since its only real competition this year is Outer Worlds 2 and perhaps Expedition 33 and Fable if they pop off. I didn't include the Gothic remake because I'm expecting a delay into 2026.

Were did u get that gta 6 is releasing this yr.

Articles about it do not count. Those aren't official words from Rockstar themselves speculation more like it.

Got source for ur gta6 claims. BL4 drops in September this yr. Source right on BL4 steam page.

Edit based on my research for gta6 release date. Nothing has been confirmed it's all speculation right now. People are saying perhaps around October or November. Which hasn't been confirmed by Rockstar.

People are speculating this time frame due to borderlands 4 official release date being September 23rd 2025
