I can't interact with Foreman Vlach, and he is quest giver

Since I got to Kuttenberg Foreman Vlach has had an quest icon on him, but everytime I go to him I can't interact with him. He is the questgiver for the quest Yackers 'n' Fash, and it lead to the achievement Under a Brown Flag.

I thought I perhaps had to do something for the quest to start, but nothing I have done has unlocked the quest. I'm not about to start mainquest The Lion's Den, and I'm cleaning up sidequests.

I also haven't gotten Victimised, I have done A Damsel in Distress and she is suppose to show up at the Inn south of Pschitoky. Maybe it has gone enough days since I finished Taking A French Leave, which is supposedly the other trigger for that quest.

I had the same problem. turns out you can talk to him, when he is chilling at his tavern.

So that’s it but there’s still that problem that after I completed one of his task there’s a quest icon above him but I can’t interact him even when he’s at the tavern like I did before

I'm having the same issue. I have completed his questline that ends with the archery competition, but he still has the quest icon, but I cannot talk to him.

Unfortunately it doesn’t work for me. I spent the whole day to chase him, so he’s at work in the morning, he’s at the tavern in the evening and he sleeps at night. No any possible way to interact him. But you mentioned that he’s not in the right place so where’s that right place?

Right place and time for Vlach I believe is, as mentioned above, "between 6pm and 12am (at the Black Horse tavern, SW Kuttenburg)" but I don't think is just that.

I'm sure I've tried to speak to him then an there with no option to interact, that appeared only after I completed other quests.

I've the same problem with 2 other NPC in Kuttenburg: Menhard and Chenyek. Every now and then I go talk to them to see if they have something new as they have the Quest marker. For Menhard maybe it's the tournament, and Chenyek every now and then gives me a new quest.

Manharad is all about his tournaments obviously but you need to talk to Katherine first to interact Chenyek
