All 50 sausages have spoiled and have a quality of 0 in my inventory, so I can't give them away. Do you have any ideas on how to complete the quest in this case?

you couldv known they would spoil after a while.
i still have a few and feed mutt with it.
dont know what you can do. maybe buy food and give that away?

because I faced a bug with loading and went to the first region and then back to solve it

If you go to the first region you lose not yet upgraded Henry sword IIRC.

You can't complete quests like that, once you accept a quest you should focus on doing it instead of skyrimesque lollygaggin'.

it's a game dude. It's not like "you can't do this, you must do that" lol. Games provide different options or quests just get failed.

the problem is still not solved and I have no idea what to do with it. There is no one who sell them, I just found several somwhere but it's not enough... This quest ruined all my enjoyment of the game.

But in KCD time can sometimes be an important factor for quests.

Tournaments are time-gated, and I still remember the quest about Johanka and the wounded people in KCD I. If you don't do that in a couple days you start receiving notifications about people dying.

There's also that executioner's questline where you can sabotage the tools of the other executioner, you only have a few days for this too.

You took a long journey with a quest item that can spoil. Reload a save or accept you failed the quest

if other food doesn't work then you could try to go back to the storehouse where they were found, if it's been a few days more might have respawned.
Failing that you are stuck with console commands. You can add items, but you'ld have to find out the ID of those sausages.
google additem command. try dropping a sausage on the floor and looking at it in with the console up
