lmao get a game and see this by your own eyes. i playing on the highest settings. if your poor monitor doesn't allow you to see something, adjust the sharpness or turn on the zoom. freckles look like dots not like messy curly black lines. i see red freckles on her face.

is this freckles too?

Yep looks like freckles. 4k resolution would show these smaller detail better.
