Any late game money sinks?
Just wondering if there's any reason to bother hoarding groschen in this game?

KCD1 had rebuilding Pribislavitz, which needed around 80k groschen. I'm unsure if there's anything similar this time around.

It's quite tedious holding onto loot and waiting for traders to replenish their minuscule purchasing pool.
If there's no big gold sink, I probably won't bother looting enemies anymore.

No, there isn't. And because of how little gold traders have, the only point of loot is to "trade" it to vendors when you buy upgrades. You don't buy armor with 10k groschen, you buy armor with the 20 cuirasses you looted off bandits the past week.

I hear the master level skill training costs 5000 each. But I'm not sure there's even any point getting those.

Would be nice if there was an option to raise enough to pay a ransom for Capon, or hire mercenaries to fight Sigismund or something.

Or something simple like buying yourself a house in Kuttenberg.

maybe something interesting will be in the DLCs , like it was with that village.

i'm secretly hoping for a mod like arma 3 antistasi, but in medieval settings.
I do think this game needed one, the devils tavern would have been the perfect place it's already a ruin and we could turn it into a fortress and build an actual army there, the game already sets up that plot point.

Maybe doing this will add more NPCs to fights in the final missions?

Oh my god Anistasi would be a dream. And that's exactly why I doubt it will ever happen in gaming. xD

The early struggle was real. The problem is that you get past that phase too quickly.
Someone should make a high stakes dice mod so you can feel the pain of losing even in the endgame lol
