It's annoying me that even after washing yourself and all the clothes, with well-dressed perk, visually the clothes are still dirty!
Stains on the body, on the back of the arms, on pants!
What's up with that? I just want to feel clean again! T_T

I think it's because it's a tier 1 coat. I have a t2 hood that always has a spot on it but the t3 is clean clean after a wash.

Yep was going to say basically the same. Look for different clothes from traders and such. Some of the better items don't have this issue from the ones i have anyway.
