Collective Bug list (Thanks to you all)
This isn't a list of hate for the game, I love the game and want it to get better over time too because I am a fan of the last one and I'm sure I will be one of this one too.

What you add into discussion, I will add onto this list so others may have an easier time siphoning through it or players who come across issues may find it on here to know they're not alone.

Thank you everyone for the awards, I was actually worried of running out from giving the wholesome award to everyone for their efforts in contributing, Seriously appreciate it, helps me share it with others. Thank you all very much.

Issues
1. Items disappearing on drop (impacts missions also)
2. Killed Wolves can sometimes despawn very quickly, a couple times instantly.
3. Some quests do not work as intended e.g. bar fight with the Cumans, they didn't just beat up the farmers, they murdered the entire town breaking in rooms and stabbing everyone. Probably more accurate in lore but I highly doubt that was the intention.
4. Bodies despawning before looted e.g. when starting conversation
5. Guards seeing you through walls accusing you of your crimes
6. Broken cut scene camera angles
7. Guards recognising you during cut-scenes sometimes technically soft-locking you wherever you are because good luck getting out after
8. Random doors being locked that should be open like your place to sleep at devils den for example.
9. Guards noticing you crouching making an instant 180 turn sometimes without animation
10. Black market Horse trader offers only 1 gold in Kuttenberg region independent of price or his funds
11. Numerous missions especially side missions where your character has to fight solo against many people because the NPC mates die very quickly.
12. Stones you throw down in a siege oftentimes glitch through the enemy and don't register a hit
13. At times stones you throw for distraction in crouch stance don't have any effect depending on where you're standing instead of their effect depending on where they are physically and visually hitting only
14. Many broken dialogues that disregard everything that happens in-game and the choices you made especially towards the end.
15. Characters being mad at you then friendly then unfriendly then very mad and you press talk and again very friendly. (confusing and removes immersion)
16. Guards have whatsapp chat group alerting each other of your committed crime in light speed even though nobody investigated yet obviously.
17. Wallhacking guards that run at you against a wall teleport through the wall eventually.
18. When mutt dies during the siege because you eat him out of despair, he re-spawns eventually. (removes immersion)
19. Cut-scene said not only the Pole but Also Kubyenka died, yet Kubyenka lived.
20. The inventory slider bar is a bit too small.
21. Sometimes audio will be stuck sounding like you're in a cave, can only be fixed by restarting game.
22. Sometimes Mutt will butt into your dice game through the table.
23. Side quests can fail retroactively. If you load an old save where you were doing that quest after you failed in the future it's still failed.
24. doors which should be open are locked.
25. Getting stuck on the stairs near the jail cell in Troskowitz among others.
26. If I have a face shield on my helm it is always closed during dialogue
Still get stuck on sticks or small rocks in the woods (KCD1 issue also).
27. Players experiencing paying long term for a room and being locked out of the room in day or so.
28. When leaving the alchemy table the game can freeze and needs to be shut down via task manager.
29. Catch the hired hand mission - The ride in the cart with the thieves was quite glitchie with the two thieves glitching on their seats.
30. Main story quests tied to non story elements. Marriage + cumans + toD + rep system = soft locks
31. Main quest lines requiring stealth knock outs then triggering crime system even with no witnesses and no evidence you were ever there
32. Constantly overwriting the equipment save every time the game wants a strip tease.
33. Rosa locking her doors if you don't interact(return book) within a non telegraphed and specific window
34.Advancing time or sleeping during the Sienna chain sometimes freezing progression completely
35. Sitting at a table, under a torch, not counting as being in a lighted area
36. Murderer flag script activating for npc's you just saved from being murdered calling you one.
37. Certain npc in a mine(mint) becoming immortal if you hit cut scene trigger wrong
38. Bandits counting as anything other than bandits as far as crime system goes.
39. Some cut scenes creating body doubles you then have to fight (the murder investigation in kutenburg)
40. Many private areas not being clearly delineated or in main through fairs
41. Not being able to knock on a door to a private area to interact with a main quest npc at any time and basically have to decide if your gonna sit there for 8 hours or be that creepy break in stalker guy, hoping you can get the dialogue done before the guards show up.
42. Knocking out the butcher, who attacks you, for wining dialogue check and subsequent fist fight triggering assault charges
43. Duelling npcs not getting properly flagged and dying.
44. Being able to pay a fine for killing an entire towns worth of guards but getting soft locked for killing 5 Cumans if done prior to certain main quest stages.
45. Pebbles ownership flag changing when perk pops
46. Watching the two npc's in front of the mole fight over property lines whilst standing beside a guard(who is there for the whole argument and fight). When fights over the guard walks over to the guy on the ground and asks what happened...
47. "Money won at dice" always shows 0 in player stats
48. Kills with Godwin in the intro count as civilian kills in player stats
49. Some pre-order items have incorrect stats (low value, conspicuousness >1000)
50. If you order Mutt to hunt an animal he will chase after it and the moment he kills it he will instantly teleport back behind you silently instead of
A) bringing you the dead hare like in KCD 1 or
B) stay there and bark to lead you to the dead animal like in KCD1
51. Dice game issues
1) I played a game with badges and I used the defensive one. The NPC probably wanted to use the badge but couldn't so it got bugged and didn't do nothing so I had to give up.
2) If you play a game at night you will get in trouble for not having a light.
3) The sad Greaser's die has a devils head but the head is just a one worth 100 points. They probably forgot to give the dice the ability, or it is a horrible skin.
52. Tournament - Moments where NPCs do not show for fights, announcer wandering off and failing even after waiting an entire day to announce the next fight, causing my sword master to claim I was dishonourable and offer no more tournaments.
53. Pilgrimage bug in Troskovice, you cant prey to the stone, because there is grave front of it.
54. Possible memory leak, audio will cut out after 15-20 minutes, then the game will just CTD
55. In Mouth of Hell quest, if you defeat Taras Mura using only your fists and side with him in the conclusion to the quest through a hard speech skill check (I can't remember 100% if it was a skill check or not) he will aggro immediately after the dialogue scene and attack you.
56. In the German localisation and possibly in others too, the amount of money the trader has is overlapped by text and can´t be read properly.
57. High Toll Task - After quick travel through location before originally discover it, quest hard bugged and camp does not spawn.
58. You can get stuck in the arena during tournament if you stay inside after your duel is over. You can also get arrested for swinging your sword during the tournament duel.
59. Shot down bird nests roll away vast distances if you are standing on a hill
60. If you feed mutt while standing on not 100% level ground the food will slowly slide away until it reaches level ground rendering mutt unable to eat.
61. During the drinking scene at the Devil's inn the drinks are invisible. All drinks for everyone at the table.
62. Weapon switch hotkeys don't work after firing pistol
63. Knuckles gets killed for being a traitor but is still alive and well in the hole in the wall, he was even stood right next to us whilst I was being told he had been killed.
64. Trespassing breaks at some point and you can just burgle peoples houses while they watch and you don't become wanted. I've finished the story and it still hasn't fixed.
65. In the kuttun tournament the AI and second match with long swords, Mathew the miner gets usually stuck trying to get into the area, and in the last fight it just didn't happen. Many bugs surrounding the tournament.
66. When players sometimes sleep or load save near bed they can't move and need to sit to get back up to be able to move again.
67. Some players experience FPS drops to low numbers when looking at beds. in particular regions e.g. Kuttenberg/trotsky.
68. Sometimes when you do target practice around archery targets you cab get attacked for having a weapon out. This is can be present with the Black Arrow maker.
69. Cave audio effect (slight echo) is not removed after exiting a cave system. So all npc dialogue sounds off. Restarting the game is the only fix. A common issue.
70. Your bedroom in the Devils Den gets locked, locking you in or out of it. Same with the door to the balcony.
71. The entrance door to a tailor in kuttenburg is hard locked and the corridor entrance way is marked as not open to the player. If you pass both of these into the traders shop floor it is fine.
72. Hogs/pigs (domestic) clipping through fences and walls
73. Players experienced during the sparring fight against Lord Semin, he freezes and stops reacting. Even after repeatedly hitting him with the stick, nothing changes. Then after a while, he declares that I lost the fight.
74. In Serve King Sigismund - I am unable to put down the Red Wine, thus I cannot continue the story-line. I can pick up and put down the White Wine, but once I pick up the Red, I cannot put it down.
75. The player stats for number of Items Stolen and Groschen/Value Stolen do not track correctly. I believe when a bandit robs a friendly NPC in the vicinity of the player, the crime is added to the player stats in error. Unfortunately this makes a zero crime run impossible (i.e. complete the game with ALL crime stats in the player stats tab remaining at 0).
76. I can't seem to enter private areas or trespass anymore. Everywhere I go I can just walk freely. Kills the immersion. Common issue.
77. Forging invisible weapons, or forging a weapon through the anvil.
78. Potions not healing properly or not fully though requirements are met.
79. Master Strikes not triggering often.
80. Killing a bandit on the road can register as a civilian killed.
81. Praising Mutt can bug you up into the sky or throw you down the road.
82. On random event, FPS goes from 120 FPS on Ultra settings down to 1 for about 10 seconds and after that it's ok but still happens in some instances.
83. Speech checks failing at lvl 30 i.e. endgame.
84. NPCs can at times be clogged against each other blocking doorways.
85. When you buy a room at the Suchdol Tavern, you cannot enter the room. I know it’s the correct room because it’s just next to the chicken coop as the In keeper says and there is a wreath over the door. Others have reported this on Reddit.
86. Trespassing. Players have been flagged for trespassing whilst playing dice in a tavern if it closes during my dice game. Others in the inn should also be kicked out as well. But they are stay behind also.
87. Players experiencing both blacksmiths in Sudol not haggling.
88. Small visual bug: Several NPCs will open books upside down/backwards and start to read the cover rather than the pages
89. Sometimes after waiting for several hours NPCs will bug out, E.g. the guards in Kuttenberg, there were 5 guards clipping into each other with their bows drawn but I wasn't 'Wanted' nor were they hostile, I couldn't interact with them and they wouldn't move from where they were, have also seen deer be stacked like this but the deer eventually worked it out.
90. The hermit quest, speaking to the shepherd Stanislav.
Choosing the option "have some shnapps" would not work. Claims I have no shnapps in my inventory, I do. Have tried normal food items as well as saviour shnapps (all types), same result each time.
91. I am never able to see how much money vendors have - in polish language menu word "sprzedaż" is always on top of this variable number and covers it up.
92. Learning the "Knight's Sword" (one-hand sword) template doesn't add it to your crafting list among others. The template is available at the blacksmith at Trosky castle and can be bought multiple times after his inventory resets but it will never show up in the list of weapons you can craft.
93. Add the remote play bug that causes controllers that work everywhere EXCEPT in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 - there are several threads about this but it doesn't seem to be recognised yet that it's a game bug.
94. Nebakov - when first visiting with Hans Capon, if you kill everyone, then hours later you have to fight with the Captain against a rebellion as Godwin. This causes all of the Captain's allies to not be present for the fight, as they are dead. So Godwin and Captain vs many heavily armoured militia at once is unwinnable.
95. The random fist fights among NPC's can often result in NPC's being stuck/stranded within the environment causing the NPC's just to stand and stare at each other.
96. Leather apron and leather gloves doesn't show up as buffs but instead makes it look like your crafting level is higher than it is (which in turn is making a lot of people think that some perks in crafting is bugged because it says that you have a high enough level to pick those perks when in fact you do not)
97. In Kuttenberg some Vendors just don't open the door, but citizens keep going in (the door is locked, but everyone seems to have a Key anyway) and shop there. The Vendor is there as well, it's just locked for the player. I picked the lock to get in and that was apparently a crime. Also being in there is flagged as not allowed to be there.
98. During a Quest in Kuttenberg, where you have to solve a murder spree, the people in the cutscenes are naked / in their underwear, also one of the characters is doubled and just standing around.
99. Quite a common bug - Local Hero perk causes stuttering in Kuttenburg and can only be fixed by resetting your perks, ensuring you don't select that perk and restarting the game.
100. I had the premium service at the Kingfisher and one of the guests was glitched in a hilarious pose, he was floating crosslegged with his arms out and folded downwards, he was floating away while yawning.
101. I finished the Exodus quest and as soon as I went to walk away a messenger descended from heaven to greet me, he literally walked down towards me out of the air like an angel.
102. A multitude of instances of misspelling in the subtitles, inconsistencies in the volume of voices and buggy camera angles that angle you inside of objects.
103. Whenever I do a training fight with wood weapons in the first area (no matter which trainer), and I want to end the fight '...need to rest', the trainer then immediately attacks me with a real weapon (seems to be the sword he has equipped by default). Only after I initiate the 'end fight' conversation again he puts his weapon away and de-aggroes. This is true for any weapon combo I have tired, swords, maxes, staffs, you name it.
104. A bug where once you stink, people will complain that you stink even after a bath. Game reload fixes it.
105. There's a bug that returns fog of war clouds on the map if you reload the save and all discovered indicators stay behind clouds.
106. A bug that gives around -50 reputation for everyone you've met and reputation can go in the negative because of that (idk what triggered this)
107. Some quest items don't lose their quest flag even after that quest is complete. It happens most frequently with the main quest "Lion's Den". In that quest you have to track a murder case, but the evidence items stuck in the inventory after the quest is completed. In my first try it is the bloody knife that can't be removed, in my second try I didn't pick up that knife, but this time that book about poison got stuck. It seems at least one quest item will remain as a quest item even after that quest,quite frustrating.
108. Sometimes AI Cook in their Homes, but with their back turned to the fire and spoon stirring the Air.
109. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3431120390 There seems to be an issue with the dice chair in the Inn below Pschitoky on the second map where npcs who try to sit there sit in a weird and funny position as if they were standing on the chair and had short legs.
110. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3430968792 In the German localisation this NPC Kuttenberg has a moment where he speaks 10x faster in a different language and has freaky fast paced facial animations and then he will speak normal German again.
111. Multiple side quest givers in Kuttenberg area retains their quest giver mark even after their quest are accepted/finished.
112. On the second map in the village Billan is a shrine that can´t be discovered or prayed at

The quest Via Argentum, when searching for the secret mint operation in the old mine. finished the soldiers, started conversation with cowering Brunesh, decided to not spare Brunesh, chose to fight him, initial cut-scene plays, chose to fight Brunesh at first opportunity possible. However, Brunesh now has infinite health. I stabbed him 20+ times and he is still standing.
114. Quest bugs:
- Devil's den - we can release Janosh by healing Loyza, but there's no prompt to inspect him. Even after talking to the blacksmith's wife and the bailiff.
- Karl arrowhead - after bringing the sack to the camp, other bandits immediately attack which results in failing the quest
- Teeth in the bag - you need to make Zavish drunk to challenge him to a duel, but he's not interactable and can't be spoken to.
115. Caravan's travellers path at times are bugged. indefinitely stuck on the road,
116. Unarmed shoulder throw can throw enemies below the map but doesn't kill them. Soft-locked if it's a mission that requires you to kill all enemies.
117. Quest in Kuttenberg to find stolen things of specific man of science... if you would find them before you talk with this person - after you deliver the things to him, his dialog will reset to initial one.
118. Searching for a specific thief in Kuttenberg and talking with his girl friend (by threatening) brings dialog with look like pointers(or variable names) to the phrases but not the phrases itself.
119. Looking at NPCs drops FPS to 1-3 and you see in console :

120. About silver mines:
Kunesh when met in the mine is cannot be killed/immortal and if you leave the mine and chat to anybody after your voice will still be echoed as if you were still in the mine. Reload helps. Happened 3 times.
121. unable to finish quest ''Demons of Trosky'' because the banquet hall in the maidens tower is not accessible (can't open doors) on the last day/evening of the feast.
122. Constant issues with Roma horse dealer near the pond on the first map. It becomes a game of chance to get the talk option for horse trading as it's often unavailable but then available again randomly when he changes position etc.
123. The forge in devil's den is bugged, horseshoes clip through the anvil so you can't see them.
124. I may have missed it but some weapons do not respect perks that decrease weapon stat requirements. I filed a ticket and the team acknowledged that it's a known bug.
125. When ever I'm opening a chest or looting everything, whole game just freeze for few seconds, and it keeps happening while inventory stay opened.
126. The quest "Lost Honor": The duel with Zavish in Sigismund's camp is bugged. Even if you have everything required (weapons and money) when the dialogue to start finishes you get an infinite loading screen.
127. - The quest "Hush, My Darling": When you find Victoria in the forest, the wild dogs in the area can interrupt you, attack you, and make her uninterruptible, fail the quest. The only workaround I found is to kill the dogs in the area before approaching her.
128. Visual bug: The particle animations at the alchemy table (the puff of pouring/grinding ingredients, steam from the cauldron) can randomly move around. It doesn't break anything, just looks weird.
129. Every time I open a game it says in the upper right cornet discovered Suchdol. It's annoying bug because I discovored the Suchdol long ago. I just wanted to report so devs would fix it.
130. The game gives me perks at odd levels not at even levels for Craftsmanship skill, because of that I have 12 perk points instead of 13.
131. in "So It Begins" I can't talk to Samuel or Kubyenka to proceed because Kubeynka is drinking without any talk option. reloading in quicksave in dining room with Kubyenka cuases Kubeynka to load walking elsewhere before going back to table to drink
132. Karel Arrowhead little quest. Objective to carry the coal bag to bandit camp, they start attacking you on sight, you are forced to drop the bag and quest fails automatically.
133. All icons are visible in fog of war if you start a new Playline and replace the old one.

134. Sword gets deleted via:
step 1) craft tier 4 "Absolver" replica
step 2) craft tier 3 "Absolver" replica
Notice the tier 3 sword is now missing from your inventory..
135. When opening the map, it loses track of the player (i.e. it pops up somewhere very far off in the distance in the fog of war). This occurs very frequently. I have to then select center to player several times before it actually does center on the player
136. there are several bugs regarding "Hired Hand Hansel" at the miller in Trosky, it seems like his different states regarding different training options can get locked somehow which either messes with the training itself or with the quest "more melee"
137. Shrine in Bylany at the fast travel point doesn't register, nor can you pray.
At the moment of writing, there is an NPC praying there, which suggests the shrine is active otherwise. Before it's pointed out to wait for them to finish, NPCs praying at the same time doesn't hinder us at other locations.
138. More Melee at the Mill:
Malik is still ko from the last fight, i can start the second one, but he will still be ko when the fight starts and i can´t progress.
Edit: Best workaround ever: You can kick him while lying on the ground, he will be ko again after some kicks, since you hit him while lying. ^^

In Sigismunds Cuman camp right where the knight is held captive that you are supposed to free there is a spot between the tents where you can get stuck when attempting to sneak this way to get to the knight unseen. When standing in front of the two guards and look into their direction it´s to your left.
140. At the quest where you are supposed to retrieve the dragon bones there are several big rocks at the spot where the bones are buried and between these rocks are gaps where you can slide into and get stuck in.

1. The stairs can´t be walked up properly. I could get up by switching to sneak mode though.
2. If you go into this grain silo type building and then try to get back out you get stuck in the doorway.

143. Not a bug, more common sense: On the one hand 30 horsemanship, 30 courage for the horse, multiple perks for attacking enemies on horseback, a horse equipped to the max, on the other a horse that takes fright at two bandits. In other words, the final charge of the cavalry cutscene at the end of the game would not happen; everyone would be unhorsed! 😋

144. I decided to play dice after a chance encounter with a group of musicians. Winning the dice game increased my heist meter.
A week ago I wrote to Toby because for some reason the bug report wasn't working for me (still), Toby is silent.

Life Improvements e.g. more immersion etc.
1. Transferring all items when in a specific category should transfer all those items instead of everything on your person.
2. As in the previous Kingdom Come it was a more personal/immersive experience being taught skills you wanted to learn instead of it being a shortcut buy skill.
3. Fix the rain pouring through multiple fully covered roofs throughout the map.
4. Would be nice to see food on the spoon after scooping stews/soups and if you're smoking you place food in the smoker to smoke, you place food on a skew or pan to fry or in a pot to stew etc instead of the same animation for all cooking styles.
5. Put on and off the hood.
6. The very confusing relationship between the hermit and the inquisitors. Needs addressing.
7. Rain doesn't put out candles
9. Ability to pin materials while brewing potions so they stay there after you finished a potion.
10. Would be nice to have more lines with passing NPC's who don't repeat the same lines e.g. around Kuttenberg, "Be careful", "Don't walk around alone", "God is punishing us for our sins".
11. Also for a immersion suggestion: It seems conversations in this game have some strange reverb or some effects on it, which doesn't apply to the cutscene, and resulting a drastic change in the sound. Would be nice to have an option to turn such after effect off, it feels way more comfortable to hear people speak in the cutscenes.

I Haven't seen this one yet in the list, so this seems like a good post to mention it:
Blacksmithing - Various swords disappear within the anvil and/or the fire instead of moving on top of the anvil / fire. Unknown whether this only occurs in certain smithies, however it has occurred in various smithy's as far as I remember.
Tested in smith of Kuttenberg market, top right, for the following swords to occur:
Basilard, Broadsword, hunting sword and the common long sword.

I have not tested any other swords, since these are the only sword templates I have acquired thus far. It should also be noted that all of the swords are still smith-able, since the hammer hitting the swords still works and their progress is recorded.
I did already acquire a couple of templates for axes and horseshoes, but those all seem to work properly thus far.

Please note, I love the game and this is only feedback to improve the game, nothing more :) Its absolutely not the case that i'm way to addicted to it at the moment and that I am smitihng to many weapons which causes me to report the bug :)
To add to my previous post: The sharpening of weapons, especially longer weapons, also seems to only use the standard hitbox of a relatively short weapon. With longswords, you are not able to sharpen the actual ends of the sword but only the middle :9
For some graphical bugs if you have the Nvidia app installed, delete it. For me at least is was causing my GPU to run at 85c consistently, deleted the app now it barley goes into the 70s at full experimental (shadows at ultra, 72 fps locked).

With some of these bugs wouldn't it be dependent upon your hardware? Mostly ram is what I'm thinking of (assuming you're not playing at optimal settings with decent hardware). I have 64GB of RAM as well as 24GB of VRAM it.

It doesn't take that much VRAM only like 7ish GB from the GPU and ~500MB of shared GPU memory. Although that is only for graphics, but if you're capped out and don't realize it, could be sharing some system ram. As with some of the bugs mentioned, mainly thinking of ones like 1, 2, and 4. Where objects may disappear faster than expected.

When I had the Nvidia app installed, over time I noticed my GPU memory just steadily increasing the longer I played. 15GB was the highest it got after playing the game all day (8-10hrs). Also, if I changed any graphics settings the game would always just look worse, either too sharp or blurry. It seems like the Nvidia app causes the game to not want to override the current settings, but instead apply the current settings over the previous ones until you restart. Haven't had a problem since deleting it.

Now, this is mainly just with the VRAM memory, but if your vram will share memory, if it runs out, at least if you have an nvidia card it could run up your vram until it has to use your system memory resulting in less system ram being able to be used by the game. Which would impact things like how long objects are gonna stay rendered in the game. As well as the object quality graphic setting, because it ties not only to object visual quality, but the render distance as well. so higher settings render at higher quality, further away.

Having it set to experimental vs high like I did have it makes a ton of difference in the distance I can go before it despawns an enemy. Before I know it used around 5GB of system RAM and I had the object quality at high. At experimental, I use a little over 6GB, this is the first time I've really tried measuring how much it uses. But as of today for the past several hours, I've mostly been in and around the woods in Appolonia and such, so also not a lot of NPCs, and everything they have to remember.

I use a Ryzen 9 5900X, 3090 Ti, 64GB ram, Windows 11, and running it off a 2.5 SSD. Game and all drivers are updated and I haven't had any of these issues at all. Most of mine were just graphically and the Nvidia app was to blame.

Also, if you, like me, are a bit pretentious and picky when it comes to graphics and especially if you use DLSS, resist the urge to tweak any of your graphic settings. Sometimes DLSS will say it's off and not have an option to enable it only FSR, but it's only a menu bug if DLSS was on last time it'll be on the next time. Otherwise, reset the settings and reopen the game and it should show back up.
I noticed the presence of several bugs including many visual bugs that break the immersion of the game

- The smoke seems to be bugged at certain times of the day (The quest where we drink with the Cummans, the smoke from the fire in the evening flashes; At the forge, when we soak the crafting in water, the smoke does not always escape).
- In Kuttenberg, NPCs are blocked (door) or merge.
- When we forge a sword, the sword sometimes goes into the anvil (I have the impression that this concerns long swords).
- When we see de Berg on his throne with Capon, his belt moves by itself in all directions (it literally ruins the whole scene).
- During the wedding in Semine, the groom's collar is stained with blood.
- During tournaments, you have to wait forever before the fights begin and some enemies cannot join the arena and are blocked by a barrier.
- In some duels, I happened to kill the opponent (I don't know if it was intentional or not).
- In the quest "The Striped Toines" where we escort the miners during a procession (just after the bouquet of flowers and the perfume that we have to recover), when we have to transport Anton Kaspar, the other companion starts to leave (Franzi) and it is no longer possible to validate the quest.
- During some dialogues, many NPCs remain frozen.
- Some animations seem choppy and really lack fluidity (In the quest "A good cleaning" where we escort the prostitutes in a tank towards the Kutemberg bath, the animations are very choppy and skipped; In the quest "The fifth commandment", Katherine's animations are jerky).
- During the quest "Via Argentum", the eyes of the characters in the mine are white and have a disgusting appearance.
When killing Buresh's three guards, I could only talk to him by restarting the last save. Oddly enough, he was stuck after killing his three guards.
- The end of the quest "The Fifth Commandment", the servant Thaddeus does not appear systematically, which means that you can block staying in the room and you cannot join Katherine and Mandelina. I have to restart a save three times.
sry if i over looked it but there is a bug with being drunk duing the mission where you torture the prisoner, : Being drunk overrides the animations makeing henry just stand still in a drunken state even when the audio cue for the choise of torture activates. being drunk has also ruined othere animations for me like the blacksmithing but i saw someone talk about the sword glitching into the anvil.

Got the 'master thief' bug in my second playthrough, not the first though. It has already been present in KCD1. It manifests itself by not opening easy locks automatically as advertised, but instead making the mini game not come up and you not being able to open a lock, at all. With removing the perk via lethan potion the lockpicking works again, so it is definitly the perk again. I have also seen this bug in a video on youtube and the guy playing didn't know what's what, propably didn't play the first game.

There are a lot of comments about bugs at this point, and further progress is impossible, so I think this quest should be fixed urgently and separately!
- When Hans Capon is freed from Malechov and we meet Radzig and Hanush, Capon is not visible on the screen.

- In Raborsch, the mouths of the guests and Godwin, near the windows, are translucent.

After the new Update:

Fast travel while on horseback does not bring the horse with you. You arrive at your destination on foot.

EDIT: I can confirm that this seems random. Some town-to-town fast travelling, and some random encounters will have the horse, some won't. As an example, I did an FT to Bozhena's new point. Horse was with me. Went off somewhere, then did an FT back to that point, but the horse wasn't with me.

Either way, this is what's happening.

As an aside, I'm not sure if this was intended with this update, but going into the map, it's zoomed in to the max now. If it was intended, then perhaps add a settings toggle for those of us who like it zoomed out as well.

Hm Interesting, looks like they mess something up with the Random Encounter, and the Fast Travel Points. I had a few random Encounters, pre Update, where Henry arrive without the horse (the horse where standing 20 meters back), mostly this was the case at the Robbery Encounters, where you notice that some villager get robbed by bandits. I guess, at this Encounters, it was supposed to be like this. But not at Fast Travel Points, there I had never such thing, pre Update.

In the Ruthard residence where we have to save Rosa Ruthard from the looters, the lighting in the room where Rosa has taken refuge seems to be a bit buggy in some places.

When Henry seduces Rosa and carries her, in the cutscene, her dress (and her belt?) flies all over the place.

It's really a shame that these graphical bugs in the quests ruin and break the immersion of the game.

Thanks for the hard work of the developers anyway.
27. Players experiencing paying long term for a room and being locked out of the room in day or so.

Solution: I rented a room for a long time at the Inn north of Zhelejov, when exiting the room and trying to come back in I had the same issue. So I paid a visit to the Herbwoman Bohzena, there's a bed there, I was able to enter her hut and use the bed on the left to "Sleep and Save" for 1 hour, I then returned to the inn and I was able to reenter my room without the need to rent it again, I tried several times to make sure that NPCs spot me when I enter the inn and they didn't start yelling that I'm trespassing. I'm gonna test that a bit longer just to make sure.

I still have the issue with performance halved. On a 4090. I didn't used DLSS when I started the game, no need at 1440p with a 4090. The graphical settings haven't changed but the performance has visibly dropped by a lot, I'm likely below 60 fps now edit: 75-90 fps instead of 120-130 before the patch. I tried to change a setting then revert to reapply them but no luck. So no it's not a DLSS setting like some suggest, it's a true performance loss

Ohh just found another bug not listed. While riding I can turn my head to the right to see behind me, turning the head left doesn't allow me to do that, I can turn my head only to about 60 degrees instead of 180 degrees on the right side. That wasn't an issue before the patch
I confirm the plate armor bug. It's ignored. My Milanese cuirass took only 9 damage against 2 low end bandits, but I had an important torso bleeding and finished the fight with 9 health. The reason they were able to hit me in the first place is because the master strikes seem to be ignored, even a simple slash wouldn't register. This wasn't happening yesterday before the patch. No perfect blocks, only on master strike worked. Combat is broken. Can't wait to fight against 5 peasants and get killed in 3 seconds despite having the best in game armor.

Edit: I suspect the game "resets" your skills after the patch, the first fight I described above went really bad, kept looking for trouble and got ambushed a bit further down the road, this time the master strikes were working, the bandits didn't even had the opportunity to hit me once. So it's possible that after the first fight the game took in account my stats. This would make sense as all the places I visit show a "you discovered blabla" even if I visited the place a million times before.

After the patch 1.2:

All bugs on two separate PC's.

Bug 1: Vitality reduced from 30 to 27.

Bug 2: Main quest where you have to find "Geiß". Geiß is not in the game. I am at his bed but he is not coming over days. Marie told me this spot. I played and won against Udo the German. He is leaving but goes a completely different route and is therefore not robbed by Geiß. Geiß is also not the small galley between the bathhouse and the pub. He is neither appearing in my game nor in my husbands game. He is nowhere to be found in Kuttenberg.

Bug 3: You still can't see how much money the merchant has in German on PC. That sucks.
